PERFORMER

Oxana Arkaeva was born in the Ukraine into a family of singers and musicians. There she received her first musical education, studying the piano and the Russian folk instrument domra.

 

After successfully finishing her high- and music school studies, Oxana went to Moscow with the   aim of studying acting and music. The turn towards singing came as a surprise after she met   the Moscow Philharmonic soloist Angelina Trost, with whom she studied the vocal technique. This intense and demanding work led to further studies at the Music College of the Moscow Conservatory, and later at the Conservatory itself.

 

The years at the Conservatory had a strong formative influence on Oxana Arkaeva's musical and personal development, helping mold her musical world vision that she carries with her to  this day. More...
